Uhm Eleonora's Poleblade it's fantastic with an amazing (unique) ash of war, but if you want versatility then the Godskin Peeler. eleonora’s poleblade sucks. uchigatana and nagikaba are better bleed builds (with blood affinity and sepukku). godskin peeler is very situational, for example i only ever use it for the second phase of fire giant.The strength of Eleonora pole blade is the ash of war and base bleed/fire damage. Hello,I have been using Arcane build PVE-only utilizing Eleonoras poleblade (+9), Dragon communition seal (+7), very rarely Sacred spear (+5 now), and some dragon incantations (rotten breath, frozen, fire etc) and then blood incantations (swarm flies, bloodboon) and flame grant me strength. I am mostly using eleonora poleblades mixed with incantations so I am playing more like a hybrid build.Weapons: Eleonora's Poleblade, Bloody Helice (great for PvP), Mohgwyn Spear (2 handed you hit exactly 24 strength to use it), Marais Executioner's Sword (2 handed gives you enough strength to use it), Dragon Seal for your spells (scales with Arcane and empowers your dragon breath spells)

You want to prioritise Arcane. Despite having higher Dex scaling, all Dex does is increase your physical damage. Arc increases physical damage, Fire damage AND bleed build up. So it's way more valuable than Dex until arcane reaches a softcap, which is 50 I think.
