Get some coins, at least 2k, go to the bazaar alley, buy a promising axe to the Lumberjack. After this you will need to unlock the bazaar, to unlock it you need Foraging 7, Farming 7 and Mining 7. The promising axe will help with unlocking Foraging 7. Chop and sell oak wood to the bazaar or npc until you have 20k coins.
