I took my Nclex on Wednesday I had 17 select all that apply, 4/5 hot spots, 6/8 drop and drag, and also a good bit of priority questions. If you'd put in enough invalid information you would've gotten the bad pop-up, which shows an invalid card. A bad pop-up doesn't necessarily mean you failed.
